  The service through out the years has declined rapidly. I am sorry to say that am very disappointed. The receptionists are usually rude through the phone and today I was on the waiting list for more than 15 minutes and my call was disconnected due to their lunch break. How rude! They should have answered the call and not assume I will call back! Definitely changing the practice as soon as I can!
