  Hands down (was) the best motor home company we have used. Very straightforward, no surprise fees, good value rates, excellently fitted out modern vehicles, very pleasant/friendly staff, no misuse of personal details & no, I don't work for them! I would take a detour to use them compared to some of the other turkey companies I have dealt with or considered hiring from. They really restored my faith in campervan hire companies. Located on the business campus surrounding Luton airport.
  
  Tried to return as a repeat customer. Made a request to book a van based on shown availability before start of play on Monday; finally got a reply on the Thursday morning offering the requested campervan. I phoned to confirm and pay within 24 hours but was then told that there was no availability. How is this process supposed to work for clients? I then went back onto their website and it was still showing availability for the capacity and dates I was after! This is a very poor booking system that 1) will not hold a campervan even temporarily when quotation has been made; 2) takes 3 days to respond to a request to hire a van; and 3) is inaccurate regarding availability advertised. It really lets down the impression made by an otherwise very conscientious team - and creates for very disappointed kids. Thanks a bunch! I have now made a reservation with Camperrent. They have not taken 3 days to respond to a request on availability.
